We Opened at Harvey Nichols.
On March 18th 2026, we opened our first physical counter at Harvey Nichols Knightsbridge. Ground floor.
We launched BOB one year ago. On Wednesday, our products had a counter at one of the most iconic addresses in the world.
We're still processing that.
The Queue
The doors opened at 12:00. The first person arrived at 07:00.
Five hours early. In London. In March.
By the time we opened, the line stretched further than we ever imagined. We met people who flew in. People who found us through a Norwegian friend. People who have been following us since the very beginning. People who had never heard of BOB until last week and came anyway.
All of them in the same queue. On the same morning. For the same six products.
We don't take that lightly.
