Welcome to Bob Beauté Shipping, Returns, and Customer Support Information Center. Here you’ll find all details related to shipping beauty products internationally, returning unopened cosmetics, and contacting our customer service team.

📦 Important Notice for U.S. Customers

Due to recent changes in U.S. trade regulations, most international shipments, including those from Europe, are now subject to import duties and taxes upon arrival in the United States.

These charges are not included in your order total and may be collected by U.S. Customs or the shipping carrier before delivery.

We understand this is frustrating, and we're committed to transparency. While we do our best to minimize delays and costs, these fees are outside of our control and vary depending on the value and type of goods.

Orders and delivery

Upon placing an order, you will automatically receive an order confirmation. Please check your email's spam folder if you do not receive an email from us.

We strive to deliver as quickly as possible at all times. All Bob Beauté orders are processed and shipped from our warehouse in Europe within 1–3 business days. (excluding weekend and holidays) after you have received your order confirmation email.

You will receive an email notification with a tracking link and number once your order has been shipped.

If there are any delays in delivery, and we have not notified you of an extended delivery time, please contact our customer service at support@bobbeaute.com.

We do not take responsibility for delays caused by circumstances beyond the company’s control (force majeure). Such circumstances may include labor disputes, fire, war, government actions, or failure to deliver by suppliers.

Delivery alternatives and shipping

Bob Beauté offers fast and reliable worldwide shipping to the U.S., UK, EU, and other international destinations.All international orders are dispatched from our central logistics hub in Germany, using trusted carriers such as DHL. Depending on your location, global delivery typically takes up to 14 business days.

For customers in Norway, available shipping options vary based on your address. Depending on the selected method, your order may be delivered directly to your mailbox, doorstep, a parcel locker, or your nearest pickup point.

We partner with Helthjem, Porterbuddy, Instabox and Postnord for all domestic shipments within Norway, ensuring secure and timely delivery of your Bob Beauté order.

What are the shipping rates?

We offer a flat rate shipping to all countries we ship to outside of Norway.

For customers outside Europe, also for United Kingdom and Switzerland, please be aware that your order may be subject to import duties, VAT, customs fees, and local taxes upon arrival in your country. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are beyond our control.

Responsibility: The recipient of the order is responsible for paying any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees. These charges vary by country and are not included in the purchase price or shipping costs displayed on our website.

Customs Clearance: Customs procedures may cause delays beyond our estimated delivery times. We are not responsible for any delays due to customs processing.

Refused Shipments: If you refuse to pay customs duties and the package is returned to us, we may refund the product price (excluding shipping costs), subject to any return fees incurred.

We recommend that you check with your local customs office for further information on potential charges before placing your order.

Track Your Bob Beauté Order

Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your Bob Beauté package online and monitor its delivery status. Please note that tracking information may take up to 48 hours to appear after dispatch.

If your order hasn’t arrived within 5 business days after receiving your shipping confirmation, please contact us at support@bobbeaute.com, and our customer support team will assist you.

Returns

You have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving the item. If you decide to return the item, it must be sent back to us within 14 days from the date you notified us of your decision to return the product.

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened products are not eligible for return. The right to return the product is only valid if the item remains in its original, unused condition and is returned in the original, undamaged packaging.

If these conditions are met, please contact customer service at support@bobbeaute.com before returning the item.

You will receive a receipt when you return the package. Please keep this receipt until you are notified that your return has been received and processed, as it serves to confirm the return.

You will receive your refund no later than 14 days after we were informed of your decision to return your item. You will then be refunded for the returned items. To receive a full refund for a return, the item must be sent back in the same condition as when you received it.

We have the right to withhold the refund until we have received the items or you have provided confirmation of the return, whichever occurs first.

Please note that refunds will always be made using the same payment method as the original purchase. If the original purchase was made with a debit card, refunds can only be made to the same debit card.

Complaints and claims

A claim applies to defects in the product and does not cover normal wear and tear or aging of a product. A claim about a defective product must be made within a reasonable time after the defect is discovered, preferably within 2 months of the purchase date.

If you experience defects in the product, please contact customer service at
support@bobbeaute.com. To ensure the quickest possible handling, we ask that you provide clear photos/videos showing the issue you are experiencing, the order number (order ID), and the email address used for the purchase. In some cases, we may request that the item be returned to us.

We strive to process complaint cases within 14 business days. If the complaint is approved, Bob Beauté reserves the right to first repair the defect, then replace the item, and as a last resort, offer a refund.
