On this page you can find the terms and conditions for online shopping with Bob Beauté AS.

By making a purchase on bobbeaute.com, you accept these terms, forming a binding agreement between you, the customer, and Bob Beauté.

The terms "we," "our," and "us" used below, refer specifically to Bob Beauté AS.

The agreement becomes binding for both parties when you submit your order to Bob Beauté. A contract is officially established once you receive an order confirmation from Bob Beauté.

To shop at Bob Beauté, you must be at least 18 years old, not under legal guardianship, and have full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements. If you are under 18, orders must be placed with the consent of a parent or legal guardian.

Once your purchase is completed, it cannot be modified, as the order will already be in the system and processing for delivery. However, you may request an exchange, return, or cancellation in compliance with applicable Norwegian laws, including a 14-day right of withdrawal.

The agreement will not be binding if typographical or clerical errors are present in the offer, the online ordering system, or the customer’s order, and the other party knew or should have reasonably known that such an error existed - for example, if a product is listed without a price.

We offer a flat rate shipping to all countries we ship to outside of Norway.

For customers outside of Europe, the UK, and Switzerland, please be aware that your order may be subject to import duties, VAT, customs fees, and local taxes upon arrival in your country. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are beyond our control.

Responsibility: The recipient of the order is responsible for paying any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees. These charges vary by country and are not included in the purchase price or shipping costs displayed on our website.

Customs Clearance: Customs procedures may cause delays beyond our estimated delivery times. We are not responsible for any delays due to customs processing.

Refused Shipments: If you refuse to pay customs duties and the package is returned to us, we may refund the product price (excluding shipping costs), subject to any return fees incurred.

We recommend that you check with your local customs office for further information on potential charges before placing your order.

We offer several payment options, including Apple Pay, Adyen, and Vipps, to ensure a smooth checkout process. With Stripe, you can easily pay using credit cards such as VISA and Mastercard.

Upon placing an order, you will automatically receive an order confirmation. Please check your email's spam folder if you do not receive an email from us.

We strive to deliver as quickly as possible at all times. All orders are processed and sent from our warehouse within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekend and holidays) after you have received your order confirmation email.

You will receive an email notification with a tracking link and number once your order has been shipped.

If there are any delays in delivery, and we have not notified you of an extended delivery time, please contact our customer service at support@bobbeaute.com.

We do not take responsibility for delays caused by circumstances beyond the company’s control (force majeure). Such circumstances may include labor disputes, fire, war, government actions, or failure to deliver by suppliers.

We currently ship across Europe and worldwide.

If you're in Norway, the available shipping options will vary based on your address. Depending on your choice, your package may be delivered to your mailbox, doorstep, a parcel locker, or the nearest pickup location.

For deliveries within Norway, we use Helthjem and Bring as our shipping providers.

For deliveries outside of Norway, we use DHL and Kleinpacket (Germany) as delivery service.

You have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving the item. If you decide to return the item, it must be sent back to us within 14 days from the date you notified us of your decision to return the product.

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened products are not eligible for return. The right to return the product is only valid if the item remains in its original, unused condition and is returned in the original, undamaged packaging.

If these conditions are met, please contact customer service at support@bobbeaute.com before returning the item.

You will receive a receipt when you return the package. Please keep this receipt until you are notified that your return has been received and processed, as it serves to confirm the return.

You will receive your refund no later than 14 days after we were informed of your decision to return your item. You will then be refunded for the returned items. To receive a full refund for a return, the item must be sent back in the same condition as when you received it.

We have the right to withhold the refund until we have received the items or you have provided confirmation of the return, whichever occurs first.

Please note that refunds will always be made using the same payment method as the original purchase. If the original purchase was made with a debit card, refunds can only be made to the same debit card.

A claim applies to defects in the product and does not cover normal wear and tear or aging of a product. A claim about a defective product must be made within a reasonable time after the defect is discovered, preferably within 2 months of the purchase date.

If you experience defects in the product, please contact customer service at
support@bobbeaute.com. To ensure the quickest possible handling, we ask that you provide clear photos/videos showing the issue you are experiencing, the order number (order ID), and the email address used for the purchase. In some cases, we may request that the item be returned to us.

We strive to process complaint cases within 14 business days. If the complaint is approved, Bob Beauté reserves the right to first repair the defect, then replace the item, and as a last resort, offer a refund.

These terms and conditions, as well as your use of this website, are governed by Norwegian law. To the extent permitted by law, Norwegian courts will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these terms and conditions and your use of the website. Any disputes regarding the interpretation or application of these terms and conditions shall be resolved in accordance with Norwegian law and regulations.

The information you provide to us will only be accessible to individuals associated with Bob Beauté AS. In some cases, we may share your personal information in order to fulfill our obligations to you as a customer in an efficient and effective manner. Bob Beauté AS is a Norwegian company, and we comply with Norwegian law and EU regulations.

You can request that your information be deleted at any time. If you have any questions regarding our processing of personal data, you can contact us at support@bobbeaute.com.

In our online store, we collect information about all visitors. This is done anonymously and is solely used to improve your experience. We use Google Analytics and cookies for this purpose. This information cannot be traced back to you as an individual or your personal data.
