Orders:
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and link. If you don’t see it in your inbox, please check your spam folder. Tracking information may take up to 48 hours to appear after dispatch. If you experience any issues, please email us at support@bobbeaute.com
Can I make changes to my order?
Your order begins processing immediately. If you need to make any changes, please contact us at support@bobbeaute.com within 15 minutes of placing your order (between 08:00 and 16:00 CET). We may be able to help if the order has not been shipped. Once dispatched, no changes can be made.
Can I change my delivery address?

Before your package is shipped, we can assist with updating your delivery address. Once it has been dispatched, any address changes must be requested directly with the courier.
Can I purchase your products anywhere other than your website?
At the moment, we sell our products exclusively on our website. For our customers in the US and UK, exciting news is coming in 2026.

When will my order be shipped?
We strive to process and ship all orders as quickly as possible. Orders are shipped from our warehouse in Europe within 1-3 business days after you have received your order confirmation email, excluding weekends and holidays.
Do you offer free shipping?
We offer free shipping on orders over a certain amount. See the specific terms for your country.
Norway: Free shipping on all orders over 899 NOK
Sweden: Free shipping on all orders over 899 SEK
Denmark: Free shipping on all orders over 799 DKK

How much does shipping cost?

Will I have to pay customs or import fees?
If you’re ordering from outside Europe, including the United Kingdom and Switzerland, please note that your order may incur import duties, VAT, or local taxes. These fees are set by your local customs office and are outside our control.
When can I expect to receive my order?
Delivery times vary depending on your location. You can track your order to see the estimated delivery date. If your order hasn’t arrived within five business days after receiving your shipping confirmation please contact us at support@bobbeaute.com, and our customer support team will assist you.
Returns:
Can I return a product?
Yes, you can make a return within 14 days of receiving it. To start a return, please contact us at support@bobbeaute.com, and our customer support team will assist you. Once you’ve notified us, the item must be sent back within 14 days.
For hygiene and safety reasons, opened products are not eligible for return. The right to return the product is only valid if the item remains in its original, unused condition and is returned in the original, undamaged packaging.
Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is a result of an error on our part.
My product arrived damaged, what should I do?
